John, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere THANKS as well as the entire Management Team at M/A Com for a job well done.As you well know M/A Com took on the largest consolidation project in it’s history by consolidating Thirteen High Tec. Facilities, into an 800,000 Sq. Ft. facility that was no more than a warehouse. The relocation was difficult and compounded by the short time frame and various Cities and States involved.At the time we were on a strict budget and time line, with a start date of September and Completion date of April, of the following year. One of the Major concerns we had was the culture change we we’re going through, moving Managers/Office Personnel from Private Office to a more space saving environment Modular Office concept. The other Issue is our budget didn’t allow the luxury of purchasing new product.The space planning, you provided, working around other trades, the ability to find the quantity of used product (One Thousand Fifty Two complete set-ups), having it re-fabricated, and installed on time, with in budget, was a Major Factor in our ability to complete the entire project with little or no interruption to our business.None of this would have been possible with out the professionalism of your entire team and the countless hours put forth. Your installer, John P., did the installation on Wednesday. Both Dave and I are blown away! It exceeded our expectations! John could not have chosen better fabric for the wall partitions and desktop color. We got new carpet last Friday (black & tan) and I had painted the walls a bright yellow. Everything matches perfectly. It is so much more workable than what we had (which was fine for a home office to pay bills and putter around on the computer) but when Dave went into business 3 years ago, it just ceased to be functional.You did a fantastic job designing the layout. It addressed my entire ‘wish list’ and more. I expect Dave to be twice – three times more productive and organized.
